Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment All classes must be booked in advance and are offered as part of a full course (e.g. 3-week taster or 6-week block). Payment is due in full before the course begins to secure your space. Spaces are limited to small group sizes (typically 3–4 students), so early booking is advised. 2. Attendance Each student is enrolled in one weekly session. Please arrive on time to ensure full participation. If a student is unable to attend a session, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or make-up sessions due to limited class sizes and scheduling. If a session is cancelled by Britov Studio (e.g. due to illness), a make-up session or refund will be arranged. 3. Refunds & Cancellations Refunds are not available once a course has started, unless in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Britov Studio. If you wish to cancel before the course begins, please provide at least 7 days’ notice to receive a full refund. 4. Health & Safety All sessions take place in a home studio in Central Cambridge. The space is child-friendly, welcoming, and kept clean and safe at all times. Parents/guardians of children aged under 12 must drop off and collect their children promptly. Please inform us of any allergies or relevant medical conditions when booking. 5. Behaviour & Participation Students are expected to behave respectfully and kindly toward one another. Classes are relaxed and supportive, and students are encouraged to explore at their own pace. Britov Studio reserves the right to remove a student from a course if behaviour is repeatedly disruptive. 6. Photography & Work Sharing Occasionally, photographs may be taken during class to document the learning process and promote Britov Studio (e.g. on social media or the website). If you do not wish to have your/your child’s photo taken, please let us know during registration. 💬 If you have any questions about the policy, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We aim to create a safe, happy and creative space for everyone.
